Our Fees as Employment Solicitors

There are a number of options we can explore together - including acting as no win no fee employment solicitors - to ensure that we have a funding solution that enables us to focus on achieving your objectives in an affordable way.

  • An agreed fixed hourly rate. This is calculated in units of 12 minutes and invoiced at regular intervals.
  • Legal insurance funding. You may have a legal expenses insurance policy attached to either your household contents insurance policy or one of your credit cards. This may cover you for all your legal expenses from the time your employment is terminated, subject to certain conditions.
  • No win no fee employment solicitors. We will occasionally be prepared to take your case on a ‘no win no fee’ basis. This is assessed on an individual basis, and depends on various factors such as the size of your claim and your prospects of success.
